An independent group of students and researchers at the American University of Nigeria — currently building DEJM, a tool that makes narrative imbalance visible before it becomes conflict.
AUN Coding Hub is an independent, student- and researcher-led group based at the American University of Nigeria. We're not a formal university department — we're a small team that builds working software around real research questions, rather than leaving them as papers or slide decks.
Our first project, DEJM, grew directly out of doctoral and graduate research into digital governance and community coexistence in Adamawa State, Nigeria.
"Making absence visible."
Part of the Manara Coexistence Framework. DEJM operationalises the Tacit Score Index to show which historical narratives dominate a community's shared digital spaces — and which get quietly left out — without ever judging whether a narrative is true.
